Purpose and Structure

·         Responsible for setting the strategic direction and decisions of the work on the Green Investment Principles for the Belt and Road (GIP).

·         Directs the Secretariat Offices and ensures ongoing strategic alignment between Beijing and London offices.

·         Receives papers and advice from Advisory Board (see Annex Two)

·         Entrusts the Secretariat Offices to implement directions.

·         Meets or holds conference calls on a quarterly basis, or more frequently if required.
